Mediat e sotme janë përqendruar me titujt kryesorë kryesisht tek vdekja e djalit të vogël 11 vjeç gjatë operacionit nga një ekip mjekësh irlandezë. Pothuajse të gjtiha mediat sjellin një informacion të copëzuar se ka një pilulë e cila mund t’i kish shpëtuar jetën por që në QSUT nuk gjendej. Shqip ka tentuar të marrë informacion, por mjekët kanë frikë të flasin. Një mjek kërkon të thotë diçka në anonimat por dhe atij i vjne urdhëri nga linja e ministrisë dhe zëri matanë urdhëron “që kjo gjë nuk duhet të dalë”.

Diçka kërkohet të mbahet fshehur nga ky operacion, pasi familjarët e Denisit të vogël dyshojnë se po mbulohet te vërteta. Ilaçi që mund t’i kishte shpëtuar jetën (dantrolene) nuk gjendje në QSUT, por në një intervistë për mediat nëndrejtori i QSUT-së, Besim Boçi thotë i cituar nga Gazeta Shqiptare që “ai ilaç nuk ekziston në tregun farmaceutik. Ik atje, kërkoje te Kryeministri, bën 1 mijë Euro 1 ampulë. Të mbushen spitalet dhe normal... pse e kërkon këtu ti?”

edhe pse një investigim i thjeshtë në Internet nga Gazeta Shqiptare verifikon se ilaçi kushton 600 Euro për 36 ampula. Ne.Su.

Histeria që ka përfshirë median shqiptare per vdekjen e nje fëmije gjatë nje ndërhyrje kirurgjikale është shprehja më e qartë e kaosit dhe çbalancimit mental dhe injorancës se thellë që ka pëfshirë shtypin dhe opinionin publik shqiptar.
Së pari - kudo ne botë dihet dhe pranohet shkencerisht se qofte edhe ne nderhyrjet mjekesore me banale (si heqja e dhëmbit) ekziston nje mundesi e vogel qe gjithçka te shkoj keq dhe ne mënyrë tragjike. Çdo lloj ndërhyrje ka një perqindje te caktuar te nje prognoze fatale. Kudo ne botë kjo gjë ju bëhet mjaft e qartë prindërve dhe pacientëve dhe më pas janë ata që duhet te Japin konsent ligjor me shkrim se lejojne kete operacion dhe Jane informuar në detaje nga ekipi Mjekësor lidhur me proceduren e caktuar mjekesore apo kirurgjikale dhe probabilitetin per sukses apo mos sukses te ketij intervenimi. Familjaret mund te kene te drejtë te ankohen nese ata nuk Jane informuar dhe nuk Kane dhene konsent ligjor per kete ndërhyrje.
Se dyti - askush ne media nuk eshte perpjekur te Marre informationin dhe kuptoje se komplikacionet ne rastin ne fjale nuk Jane te lidhura me "operacionin"-nderhyrjen kirurgjikale por me te gjitha gjasat Kane te bëjnë me anestezine. Hyperthermia maligne eshte nje komplikacion I njohur (jo dhe aq I rralle) I anestezise dhe dantroleni eshte nje mjekim efektiv e rutine që perdoret si norme kudo ne botë (Tritani shehu Mesa duket nuk ka degjuar per të - por nga ana tjeter duket se paska lexuar dhe kuptuar se qofte edhe me Dantrolen, apo cdo forme mjekimi tjeter I Hyperthemise malinje, mund te mos funskionoje. Kjo mund te thuhet per cdo medikament). Fakti qe farmacia e QSUT nuk duket se ka idene se cfare duhet per te mjekuar apo parandaluar komplikacione te tilla eshte nje turp.
Se treti - duke kuptuar drejt dhimbjen e familjareve dhe emocionet e forta qe ata Kane lidhur me vdekjen e femijes se tyre gazetaret dhe editorialistet duket se Jane bere apriori pjese e ndjelljes se kesaj Histeria pa kuptuar se cdolloj akuze apo perdorimi politik I kesaj ceshtjeje ne nje vend tjeter mund ti çonte para dyerve te gjyqit per shpifje dhe defamim te profesionisteve te caktuar. Askush (Ose pak kush) nga gazetat nuk eshte treguar I kujdesshem qe te sqaroje dhe hulumtoje qe mjeket irlandeze Jane personalitete ne fushat e tyre dhe qe visitojne e mjekojne pacientët shqiptar ne menyre vullnetare , pra pa pagim apo perfitim financiar dhe per te ndihmuar koleget shqiptar me eksperiencen e tyre. Une nuk e di ne Baze te cfare marreveshje ata veprojne ne Shqiperi por ne vendet e tyre (anglosaksone) komplikacione te tilla gjatë nje operacioni trajtohen sipas nje procedure te qarte professionals dhe ligjore ku vendin primar e merr mjeku ligjor qe kryen autopsine. Kjo nuk eshte nje ceshtje penale por ceshtje e praktikës profesionale ku te gjitha institucionet qe Kane folur deri me tash Jane duke nxitur histerine kolektive. Ministri dhe QSUT duhet te kishin siguruar publikun se po bejne ghithcka per te zbardhur arsyet e vdekjes se femijes dhe se deri sa te kene rezultatet e autopsise askush nuk ka te drejte te bej supozime. Theniet e Tritanit Ose kujtdo tjeter qe nuk ka qenë present dhe nuk Kane asnje lidhe me çeshtjen I Japin asaj nje mbulese politike te panevojshme dhe te rezikshme. Perfshirja e policisë dhe hetuesisë ne kete moment (nese eshte e vertet) eshte shprehje e qartë e paranojës dhe injorancës se thelle qe na merr frymen, pasi ne rastin me te keq staff mjekesor mund te akuzohet per "malpractice" gjë qe une nuk e besoj dhe qe nga ana tjeter jam I bindur se autoritetet e sotme shqiptare Jane te paafta ta vertetoje apo hedhin poshte. Cdo prind e familjar ka pergjegjesine e vete, qofte edhe minimale, nese nuk ka kerkuar informationin e duhur dhe kuptuar/pranuar se vdekja, edhe pse statistikisht e Vogel, eshte fatkeqesisht nje nga rezultattet e cdo mjekimi apo ndërhyrje kirurgjikale. Ne fakt kjo eshte nje rezultat I pothuaj cdo gjeje qe zgjedhim te bëjnë ne jetë. Perkrahja e nje kulture papergjegjshmerie dhe fajesimi te kujtdo dhe cdo gjeje pervec vet vetes eshte tejet e rezikshme.
E kam te veshtire te imagjinoijse pas kesaj sesi mjeket irlandeze apo te cdo nacioni tjeter do te kene ndonje "deshire" apo inklinim te ofrojne eksperiencen e tyre ne ndihmë te mjekesise dhe edukimit te mjekeve shqiptarë
